Install F-droid

F-Droid is an app store for Android that contains only free and open source software. It respects user privacy, unlike Google Play. F-Droid is licensed under the AGPLv3+.

Install F-Droid

Use your phone's browser to visit [[https://f-droid.org]]\

Download the apk. If you see a warning, tap OK.

Open the apk.

# If your browser warns that your your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source, tap Settings.\

# Toggle Allow from this source, then tap the back arrow at the top left corner.

Tap Install at the bottom right corner.\

When F-droid first loads, it will automatically update its software repositories. NOTE: This will require internet access.\
